Recipe # Spinach Rice Balls
Servings – 2 – 3
INGREDIENTS
- Cooked rice – 300 grams
- Garlic – 1 teaspoon
- Onions – 70 grams
- Potatoes – 120 grams
- Spinach – 60 grams
- Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Dry mango powder – 1 teaspoon
- Gram flour – 2 tablespoons powder – 1/4 teaspoon
PREPARATION
- Mix cooked rice, garlic, onions, potatoes, spinach, red chillies powder, salt, dry mango powder, gram flour, nutmeg powder.
- Make small balls from the mixture and deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with their favourite ketchup.
