Ingredients:
- Black beans – 2 Cans
- Carrots –Â Minced 2
- Garlic – Minced 3 cloves
- Rinsed and drained 1 onion
- Olive oil –Â 1 tablespoon
- Chili Powder –Â 1/2 tablespoon
- Cayenne Pepper Salt –Â 1/4 tablespoon
- Cumin –Â 1 tablespoon
- Coriander –Â 1/2 tablespoon
- Shredded 1/2 cup quick oats
- Soy sauce –Â 1 tablespoon
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a pan and mix garlic, salt, pepper, and onions and cook until onions are pink.
- Add cumin, coriander, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and carrots and cook until carrots turn tender. Remove pan from heat.
- In a separate bowl, mash the beans and add the contents of the pan along with the soy sauce and quick oats.
- Form four patties from the mixture and place them in the freezer for half-an-hour.
- Cook patties over medium heat and place them along with the veggies between the slices of the burger.
