Why we Need to Get Rid of every Abusive Word including Mother or Sister

by IForHer Team
May 26, 2019

It is not okay to use Mother or Sister in your abusive words!

abusive words

If you can’t respect someone else’s mother or sister, you definitely don’t respect your own. Next time if you hear your brother, father or husband using Gaalis (abusive words), which have references to someone’s mother or sister, please share this short film – GAALI with them. They need to understand what they exactly meant by what they said!

This video attempts to build social awareness among people in India about Gaalis, and why it is plain wrong to hurl abuses including mother or sister.

It is never funny to call someone MC or BC, it is only disrespectful and abusive! Let’s #SayNoToGaalis!

Do you have a story where you stopped someone from using such Gaalis? Share it with us at shareyourstory@iforher.com, and we will propagate it through our platform as well.
