The weekend is here. And we are back with the latest releases of OTT shows and movies. From Flames season 3 releasing on Amazon Prime to family drama, Appan releasing on Sony Liv to Dubai Bling releasing on Netflix, here is the list of new movies and shows releasing on Netflix, Disney+ Hotstar, Amazon Prime Video, and more.
1. Appan – Sony Liv
Following the story of a parent-child conflict, Appan is a dark comedy-drama that showcases human emotions and social concepts which are a critical part of several situations faced by the family. It’s A realistic and relatable drama on dysfunctional families.

2. Naane Varuven (Nene Vasthunna) – Amazon Prime Video
Identical twins, Prabhu and Kathir, have been very different from each other. While Prabhu is innocent, Kathir is a troublemaker. To teach Kathir a lesson, his father ties him to a tree, from where a psychotic man kidnaps him. But, Kathir kills him and returns home. When he kills his father, his mother takes him to a local saint who tells her that both boys cannot live together and must be separated. She chooses Prabhu and leaves Kathir in a temple and flees. What happens to Kathir? Will he return? Will he take revenge? The rest of the film answers all these questions. For now, makers have released the movie in two languages – Tamil & Telugu. The movie stars Dhanush, Prabhu, and Indhuja in critical roles.

3. Dubai Bling – Netflix
The Arabic reality show captures the daily life of ten self-made millionaires. The show features the spirit of these people who pursued their passion to build their grand empires from the ground up. The official premise of the show, as described by Netflix, says, “Step off the private jet and into a high-flying social circle in Dubai, where lavish parties, stunning skylines, and jaw-dropping fashion are the norm.”

4. Jhansi – Disney + Hotstar
Jhansi is a cop, who has forgotten her past and is living a happy married life with her husband and child. Unfortunately, her past returns only to haunt her. But why does her past bother her? What has she hidden from her husband? This Telugu show has created a lot of buzz with its trailer. However, the makers haven’t revealed a lot about the show.

5. Indian Predator: Season 3: Murder in a Courtroom – Netflix
The third season of the Indian Predator documentary focuses on a criminal – Akku Yadav, who was lynched in a courtroom by a group of women. The documentary promises to add more suspense, drama, and thrill to your weekend binge-watch list.

6. Flames Season 3 – Amazon Prime
After the first two successful seasons, the makers of FLAMES, TVF, is returning with a new season for Amazon Prime Video. The season revolves around a gang of four friends, who are in class 12th now. Rajat and Ishita like each other and Rajat is desperate to win her back. But Ishita wants to take it slow. The show captures the new challenges and problems that the characters face!
