I Am Feeling Sad, Depressed & Lonely. What Should I Do?

by IForHer Team
May 31, 2019

In today’s world

Emotions have been replaced by emojis,

Hello have been replaced by a message on Whatsapp,

and, the social-friendly gatherings have been replaced by virtual hangouts.

Hence, it is not strange that many of us feel sad, depressed and lonely. Though there is a difference between feeling sad, depressed and lonely, the easiest way to fight all these three struggles is a human connection.

Having a conversation about your feelings, struggle and anger with someone who understands you.

You can either find that person in your family or it could be your best friend, who is willing to support you to get in touch with your lost soul. Sometimes having a conversation with this one person is way more helpful than talking to therapists or counselors.

It is for a reason they say:

Sometimes talking to your best friend is the only therapy you need!
