In India, working women are struggling to juggle between their motherly responsibilities and professional duties. One of the reason is the lack of maternal support provided by the employers.

Recently, an incident happened that made people realize why every working mother in India is equivalent to Superwoman. She is dedicated to her job as well as taking good care of her baby.

This photo of a mother of six-month-old, who is constable at a Police Station in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh surfaced in the media. She is seeing handling her job and her baby single-handedly with full dedication.

Archana was showered with great appreciation by the police department for not only working hard but also being a responsible mother as she brings her daughter to work because there is no one at the home to take care of the baby.

As per the law, Archana took a sabbatical but now she has joined back her job with full dedication.

But there were many who raised concerns about the condition of working mothers and suggested the department to build facilities to support them.

And, finally the power of Social Media made the system hear and take appropriate steps:

We definitely celebrate the strength of working mothers, who are trying hard to meet their aspirations without leaving any stone unturned in being a great mother.

But, we feel as a society we need to build support systems for working mothers, both at home and at the office, to make their life bit less stressful.
