No one can deny the real hero of the year 2020 is actor Sonu Sood. While he has already won our hearts with his exemplary work in helping migrant workers, now he has done it again. As per the recent reports, Sonu Sood has reportedly mortgaged eight properties in Mumbai, in an effort to raise Rs 10 crore for the needy. He has mortgaged two shops and six flats located in Juhu, to raise the loan.
Throughout the year 2020, Sonu’s humanitarian acts have been widely appreciated across the world.
Documents accessed by Moneycontrol reveal that the agreement was signed on September 15 and was registered on November 24.
“Such a philanthropic gesture is unheard of. While these premium properties will continue to be owned by the actor and his wife and would continue to receive a monthly rental, they may have to pay interest and principal against the Rs 10 crore loan,” the report quoted Ritesh Mehta, Senior Director & Head – West India, Residential Services, JLL India, as saying.

@SonuSood mortgages his properties to take bank loan of Rs. 10 crore for social service. Such kind of philanthropy is unheard of as people only use their surplus cash for philanthropy. He will have to pay interest also on these loans.
