Bollywood has been criticized for the massive age gap between their leading actor and actresses for quite some time now. A few days back, Akshay Kumar was criticized heavily for romancing Mrunal Thakur, who is 25 years younger than him in a Selfiee song. And, now, Salman Khan’s new song from his movie Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan titled Billi Billi has left the internet angry for the same reason.
Though Salman Khan’s fans may be loving the song, many over the internet are not! In the song, Khan can be seen wooing Pooja Hegde, who stars opposite him in the movie Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaa. And, as soon as the song was released, the wide age gap between Salman & Pooja Hegde became the topic of debate.

Some called them father and daughter, and others shared how they looked like uncle and niece! One user wrote, “The world knows that you are nearing 60 & serenading a woman half your age -that’s creepy. ” Another user wrote, “Even if we put aside the age gap, Salman is literally looking like an uncle dancing with his niece in this billi billi song.”

But, this isn’t the first time Salman Khan has been paired with a much younger actress. In Lucky, Sneha Ullal was only 17 years old and Salman Khan was a 40-year-old man. In another movie Wanted, which was released 15 years ago, the age gap between Salman Khan and Ayesha takia was 21 years!
