The story revolves around Gyaneshwar Tripathi, played by Kay Kay Menon, a laid-back headmaster who hopes to secure a government-sponsored training programme in Cambridge. To achieve his goal, he takes charge of one of the city’s most underperforming government schools.
However, what begins as a personal ambition slowly develops into a serious effort to transform the school. Along with a quirky group of teachers, Gyaneshwar must deal with unruly classrooms, limited resources, administrative hurdles and parents who have lost faith in the education system.
Blending humour with emotional moments, the series explores how persistence, teamwork and gradual changes can improve the lives of both students and teachers.
