‘Most Underrated Actor’, Internet Celebrates Akshaye Khanna For Joining Drishyam 2 As Scheming Cop

Recently, Ajay Devgn announced the sequel of his 2015 successful movie – Drishyam. Both Drishyam and Drishyam 2 are remakes of the Malayalam films starring Mohanlal in the lead role.

After revealing the first look of Tabu’s character, Meera Deshmukh (Goa’s top police officer), the makers have shared the first look of a new addition – Akshaye Khanna. Though Tabu is reprising her role in the sequel, Akshaye Khanna is a new addition as he wasn’t in the first part.

When film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh, shared the first-look poster of Akshaye Khanna from the movie sequel, the internet started celebrating.

As per various sources, Akshaye Khanna will play the character of ACP Thomas in the much-awaited sequel. Though the details of his characters haven’t yet been shared, his casting has definitely left fans excited about the sequel

Celebrating the addition of Akshaye Khanna, many netizens took to social media to express their happiness. Lauding the actor, a fan of Akshaye wrote, “Omg can’t wait to see him again. We will definitely see this movie in theaters 🥰.”
