The story is set in the rural village of Parsaul, where farmer Rajaram Solanki fights to save his family’s land from a wealthy industrialist. When tragedy strikes and he loses his life, the courtroom becomes the battlefield for two very different lawyers, both named Jolly. Akshay Kumar plays Jolly Mishra, and Arshad Warsi reprises Jolly Tyagi.
The film takes inspiration from the 2011 Bhattha Parsaul land case. The movie follows two Jollys who start as rivals but later join hands to fight against corruption involving powerful industrialists, local officials, and the police.
