Netizens Accuse Aamir Khan Of Mocking Hindu Traditions In Latest Ad

No one can deny that it has been a really tough year for Aamir Khan. As reported, Aamir Khan had a tough time when his latest movie Laal Singh Chaddha turned into a disaster at the box office.

And now, netizens are calling Aamir Khan out for his new advertisement. Earlier netizens called the makers out for showing 57-year-old Aamir marrying Kiara Advani, who is almost half his age.

And, now many have called out Aamir Khan for targeting Hindu traditions.

In the advertisement, one can see, Aamir Khan can be seen donning the role of a newly wedded husband, who is ready to break stereotypes and become a ghar-jamaai instead of having the wife (Kiara) typically move to the husband’s place.

Rather than talking about the change that ad tends to promote, people on Twitter started talking about Aamir Khan’s alleged affinity to mock Hindu traditions.

From asking Amir to stop mocking Hindu traditions to asking people to boycott Aamir, here is what the internet had to say:

Many people also went ahead to urge others to even boycott the brand that he endorses. There were some who came forward to defend him to point out how ad agencies come up with the concept and scripts of an ad shoot and not the actor.
