1. Shaitaan

 

Directed by Vikas Bahl, this Ajay Devgn starrer is one of the biggest titles on the list of the latest OTT releases this week. The plot revolves around a middle-aged couple whose simple lives take a dark turn when a mysterious man played by R. Madhavan enters their home and hypnotizes their teenage daughter. The movie stars Ajay Devgn, R. Madhavan, Jyothika, Janki Bodiwala, and Anngad Raj in lead roles. 

2. Fiasco 

Created by Igor Gotesman, this Netflix’s upcoming comedy-drama tells us the story of a first-time filmmaker whose dream project turns into a disaster when a crew member attempts to sabotage it. Will he be able to overcome the hurdles and fulfill his dream? The comedy series stars Pierre Niney, Geraldine Nakache, and Pascal Demolon in lead roles. 

3. The Veil

The Veil is an American thriller television series written by Steven Knight. The show stars Elisabeth Moss and Yumna Marwan in lead roles. The series focuses on the connection between two ladies as they play a deadly game of lies and truth. One woman has a secret; the other tries to find it before hundreds of lives are lost.

4. The Atypical Family

The Atypical Family is a heartwarming drama that explores the lives of Bok Gwi Joo and his family, who possess supernatural powers. Bok Gwi-joo becomes affected with depression and this leads to losing his supernatural power. As modern-day problems affect their powers, the arrival of a new character, Do Da He, brings about a change. The series stars Jang Ki-young, Go Doo-shim, Chun Woo-hee, and Claudia Kim in key roles.

5. Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar

Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Heeramandi is set against the backdrop of the Indian freedom struggle of the 1940s. The series Stars Sonakshi Sinha, Fardeen Khan, Aditi Rao Hydari, Shekhar Suman, Manisha Koirala, and Sanjeeda Sheikh in lead roles. The series promises to be an epic saga of love, revenge, power, and freedom.

6. The Idea of You

 The Idea of You is a 2024 American romantic comedy film directed by Michael Showalter. Adapted from Robinne Lee’s 2017 bestseller, The Idea of You revolves around Solene (Anne), an art gallery owner in California who lives with her 16-year-old daughter. It chronicles the love affair between a single mother and the lead singer of a popular boy band called August Moon. It stars Anne Hathaway, and Nicholas Galitzine in the lead roles. 

7. Aranmanai 4

Aranmanai 4 is an upcoming Indian Tamil-language comedy horror film directed by Sundar C. The film stars Sundar, Tamannah Bhatia, Raashii Khanna in lead roles. Aranmanai 4 will have its protagonist played by Sundar C, who plays the role of a lawyer from Chennai. His sister is played by actor Tamannaah Bhatia, who along with her family, starts residing in a bungalow in the village. However, after her husband dies under mysterious circumstances and the sister dies by suicide, it is up to the lawyer to unravel the mystery of their deaths.

8. Manjummel Boys 

The Malayalam survival thriller, ‘Manjummel Boys’ which hit theatres on February 22 emerged as one of the top-grossing films of 2024. Directed by Chidambaram S Poduval, the film features. Soubin Shahir, Sreenath Bhasi and Ganapathi S. Poduval in lead roles. 

9. BTS Begins Youth

The BTS ARMY is eagerly waiting forward to the upcoming drama ‘Youth’, a collaborative project between HYBE Labels and Finger Labs. The TV series  is inspired by the BTS Universe and members Jungkook, Jimin, V aka Kim Taehyung, RM, Jin, Suga and Jhope. The drama commences with Jin encountering the six other boys. As they come together he discovers that each one is grappling with their challenges. Through their collective journey, they embark on a journey of growth and resilience.
