New OTT Releases This Week (September 7 – 13)
1. The Revolutionaries (Prime Video | September 11)
Four young Indians decide that freedom is worth risking everything for and choose armed resistance against British rule. Inspired by Sanjeev Sanyal’s book, the series follows their journey through rebellion, courage and sacrifice as they challenge an empire far more powerful than themselves. Bhuvan Bam, Rohit Saraf, Pratibha Ranta and Gurfateh Pirzada lead the historical drama.
2. A Love Other Than Yours (Prime Video | September 12)
After spending ten years together, Namgung Ho and Lee Mi-do suddenly find their relationship facing a test neither expected. Mi-do develops feelings for attorney Han Tae-seung, forcing the longtime couple to question desire, loyalty and whether their bond can survive complete honesty. The romantic drama turns temptation into a difficult examination of a relationship that once seemed secure.
3. Chumbak (Netflix | September 10)
Five families living in the same Mumbai row-house gradually become far more than neighbours as they share celebrations, arguments, meals and difficult moments. A young author and an unusual support group help bring their interconnected lives into focus. The series is a warm story about finding family in the people who simply keep showing up for you.
4. Fauda Season 5 (Netflix | September 8)
Doron is still carrying the pain of everything he has lost when he travels to Marseille to stop former teammates from pursuing an unauthorised revenge mission. Instead of ending the danger, the trip pulls him into another deep undercover operation with consequences stretching far beyond one personal vendetta. Season 5 once again places him inside a mission where failure could have much larger repercussions.
5. Ghamasaan (ZEE5 | September 11)
In Bundelkhand, STF officer Aditya begins hunting feared dacoit Maharaj in what initially appears to be a straightforward manhunt. The chase soon exposes corruption, political power and conflicts operating far beyond one criminal. The thriller turns their confrontation into a larger battle over control and the forces working behind the scenes.
6. Untold Mr. T: I Pity the Fool (Netflix | September 8)
This documentary traces Mr. T’s unlikely journey from growing up in Chicago and serving in the military to working as a celebrity bodyguard. His career eventually took him to roles in Rocky III and The A-Team, transforming him into one of the most recognisable pop-culture personalities of his era. The film looks back at the experiences behind that extraordinary rise.
7. Prince of Mollywood (JioHotstar | September 11)
Firoz wants to build a future in Malayalam cinema, but his wealthy father has no interest in supporting that dream. Refusing to give up, he begins trying to prove that he can succeed on his own, bringing family disagreements and comic setbacks along the way. The series turns his film-industry ambition into a light-hearted struggle between personal dreams and family expectations.
8. Ali Baba aur 40 Bhoot (JioHotstar | September 11)
Neuropsychology expert Alisha “Ali” Nigam starts searching for answers after her father mysteriously disappears. Her investigation brings her together with officer Baba and eventually leads them towards an unusual mystery involving 40 restless ghosts. What begins as a missing-person search soon moves into far stranger territory.
9. Why Did I Get Married Again? (Netflix | September 9)
Marcus and Angela’s daughter is getting married in Lake Como, bringing the old group together for what should be a joyful celebration. Instead, watching the younger generation take this step makes the older couples examine their own marriages, mistakes and choices over the years. The reunion turns a wedding into an unexpectedly personal look at long-term relationships.
10. Crew Girl (Netflix | September 10)
Sixteen-year-old Teagan Tao has to rebuild her life at Easton Prep after her father’s fraud scandal leaves everything she knew behind. Joining the boys’ rowing team as its coxswain gives her a new beginning, but fierce competition, friendships and complicated feelings for Josh and Cam quickly make school life messy again. 11. The Paper Season 2 (JioHotstar | September 10)
Ned Sampson and Mare Pritti are trying to keep their workplace romance secret while their struggling newspaper faces problems of its own. As the staff resorts to increasingly desperate ideas to keep the publication alive, professional pressure and personal awkwardness keep colliding. Season 2 brings more office chaos as everybody tries to save both jobs and relationships.
12. Last Seen (Apple TV | September 9)
Former detective Ian Ridley has never recovered from the disappearance of his daughter. Now working as a dispatcher, he continues searching for her despite the years that have passed, hoping one new clue could finally explain what happened. His refusal to give up drives a mystery where finding the truth could also decide whether his family can ever heal.
13. Drawn Together (Prime Video | September 9)
After Marfil Cortés survives a kidnapping, her father hires Sebastian Moore to make sure she remains protected. The security arrangement becomes increasingly complicated when fresh threats appear and an unexpected attraction starts growing between the two. What begins as a protection job gradually mixes danger with romance.
14. The Perfect Lie (Netflix | September 10)
Karen moves to Bergen and is welcomed into the glamorous circle of an exclusive dinner club filled with wealthy people. The polished image begins cracking after Evert dies in a villa fire, pushing Karen to look more closely at the people around her. Her search soon reveals that the group’s seemingly perfect lives are built on disturbing secrets and lies.
15. Call My Agent! The Movie (Netflix | September 10)
Five years after ASK shut down, Andréa is preparing to make her directing debut when her lead actor suddenly abandons the project for a Wes Anderson film. With her movie now in serious trouble, she turns to members of her former team and brings them back together for one more rescue mission. The film reunites familiar faces around a fresh showbiz crisis.
