After Simmba and Sooryavansham, Rohit Shetty and Ranveer Singh returned to the big screen with their latest flick ‘Cirkus.’ As per the sources, the movie has been heavily inspired by a classic blockbuster Angoor, which was directed by Gulzar in 1982.
Based on the theme of “twins and comedy of errors” Cirkus has a huge star cast. The movie stars Ranveer Singh in a dual role, Pooja Hegde, Jacqueline Fernandez, Johnny Lever, Sanjay Mishra, and Varun Sharma. As per many sources, the movie is created on a massive budget of INR 100 Crores.
The movie is about two sets of identical twins, who were abandoned on the doorstep of an orphanage. The two different families from different cities adopt them. And, years later, a comedy of errors ensues when one set of twins decides to visit the city where the other set of twins runs a circus.
