This Malayalam crime thriller stars Roshan Mathew as Ajeeb Rahman, a young Sub-Inspector still carrying the trauma of his sister’s disappearance during childhood. When an unidentified woman’s body is discovered in an abandoned well, Ajeeb and his colleague Joy begin an investigation that takes them across state borders. What starts as another police case gradually becomes deeply personal as disturbing secrets force Ajeeb to confront memories he has spent years trying to escape.
3. One Hundred Years of Solitude: Part 2

Netflix returns to Macondo for the second chapter of its ambitious adaptation of Gabriel GarcÃa Márquez’s celebrated novel. As new generations of the BuendÃa family take centre stage, the arrival of the railroad connects Macondo with the wider world but also brings exploitation, violence and irreversible change. With the town moving steadily towards the fate that has haunted it for generations, the family must confront love, loss, ambition and the consequences of its past.

6. Main Vaapas Aaunga

Directed by Imtiaz Ali, this emotional romantic drama explores love, separation and memories shaped by the Partition of India. The story moves between generations as an elderly man’s memories of a love left behind in what is now Pakistan inspire a journey into the past. 7. Big Chicken: A Fast Food Conspiracy

Comedian Mo Gilligan takes on an unusual 28-day experiment in this investigative documentary. He eats fried chicken three times every day while travelling across the UK and the US to understand the enormous industry built around the popular fast food. Along the way, he looks at its impact on health, industrial farming, culture and consumption while documenting what such an extreme diet does to his own body.
8. Our Sticky Love

K-drama fans get a new romantic comedy starring Jung Hae-in and Ha Young. Ambitious prosecutor Go Eun-sae loses her memory while pursuing a dangerous crime syndicate. She wakes up in a countryside village where boxing coach Jang Tae-ha suddenly claims to be her boyfriend. What she does not realise is that Tae-ha has his own history with her. As the two begin living together, his protective lie slowly develops into something much more complicated — and romantic.

Akhil Akkineni headlines this Telugu rural action drama set in the fictional village of Sriramapuram. Lenin is an orphan raised by influential village leader Jayyamma, but his life changes as love, village politics and old conflicts pull him into a dangerous struggle. Beginning in the 1970s and drawing thematic inspiration from Indian epics, the movie combines romance, revenge, family loyalties and large-scale action. Bhagyashri Borse also plays a prominent role.
10. The Last House

Greta Lee and Wagner Moura lead this unsettling sci-fi horror thriller about an ordinary family facing an impossible situation. Riley, Jason and their children wake up to discover that their home has somehow been completely sealed and there is no way out. Days turn into weeks and then months as food and other resources disappear. With no explanation for what has trapped them, survival begins to test both the family’s relationships and their sanity.
11. The Super Mario Galaxy Movie

Mario and Luigi head into space in the sequel to The Super Mario Bros. Movie. After Bowser’s defeat, Bowser Jr. sets out to free his father and launches a dangerous new plan involving Princess Rosalina and cosmic power. 12. Operation Safed Sagar

One of the biggest Indian OTT releases this week, Operation Safed Sagar is inspired by the Indian Air Force’s role during the 1999 Kargil War. The military drama follows members of the Golden Arrows Squadron as young fighter pilots are called upon to undertake an extraordinarily difficult high-altitude operation. Siddharth, Jimmy Shergill and Abhay Verma lead the cast in a story centred on courage, duty, sacrifice and the personal cost of war.
