Netflix has a packed week with new thrillers, mysteries, dramas, reality shows and crime stories arriving this week. From Shaque: Trust No One and Baby Do Die Do to The Final Problem, here are the new Netflix releases you can add to your watchlist.

1. Shaque: Trust No One (Netflix | September 24)
A mother has spent nine years without answers after her newborn daughter disappeared from a hospital. When new photographs appear to show the missing child, the old case suddenly comes alive again and suspicion begins falling on people she once trusted. Parineeti Chopra leads this mystery about a mother determined to discover what really happened to her daughter.
2. The Final Problem (Netflix | September 25)
A violent storm leaves thirteen people stranded inside an island hotel near Mallorca in 1959, and the situation turns darker when one guest is found dead. Basil, a retired actor famous for once playing Sherlock Holmes, teams up with an aspiring crime writer to examine the suspicious death. As they investigate, what appeared to be suicide begins looking like a murder with almost everyone becoming a possible suspect.
3. Baby Do Die Do (Netflix | September 23)
Baby Karmakar secretly works as a highly skilled contract killer in Mumbai while carrying the emotional scars of losing her twin sister during childhood. Her dangerous life inside a criminal world becomes harder to control when she falls for her kind neighbour Siddhu and DCP Anjum Khan begins closing in on her. Huma Qureshi leads this action thriller about a woman searching for a way out of a life built around violence.
4. Habeas Corpus (Netflix | September 23)
Law professor Inez and her students reopen the conviction of a young man while examining whether the justice system got his case wrong. Student Marina becomes deeply involved for reasons she has not fully revealed, and newly discovered evidence begins creating disagreement between her and Inez. Inspired by the work of Innocence Project Brasil, the drama turns one legal case into a larger debate about truth and justice.
5. Wonka’s The Golden Ticket (Netflix | September 23)
Twelve teams of two enter a recreated Willy Wonka Chocolate Factory hoping to survive a series of unusual challenges and temptations. Physical games and mental tests push the contestants as they make their way through the fantasy-inspired competition. A recreation of Gene Wilder’s Wonka voice follows their journey through the factory, sometimes guiding them and sometimes making things even harder.
6. Minerva Academy (Netflix | September 22)
Three teenagers arrive at a strict military high school in Naples carrying very different reasons for being there. Salvo wants answers about a missing friend, Vincenzo hopes to follow his father’s military path, while Camilla has been sent to the academy by her family. Inside an institution built around discipline and consequences, each student must deal with personal problems while adapting to a demanding new life.
7. A Different World (Netflix | September 24)
Deborah Wayne arrives at Hillman College hoping to build an identity that is not defined by her famous alumni parents, Dwayne Wayne and Whitley Gilbert. Her freshman year introduces her to new friendships, campus experiences and a fresh generation of Hillman students. The sequel brings the beloved college setting into a new era through Deborah’s journey of finding her own place.
8. My Sad Dead (Netflix | September 24)
Retired doctor Ema has the unusual ability to communicate with dead people, but her niece Julie’s connection with spirits is much harder to understand or control. After three teenagers are murdered nearby, strange events begin disturbing the boundary between their neighbourhood’s living and dead. Pablo LarraÃn directs this four-part adaptation inspired by stories from Mariana EnrÃquez.
9. Unabomber (Netflix | September 25)
The story moves between Ted Kaczynski’s younger years at Harvard and the later investigation into the bomber responsible for sending explosive packages over many years. His experiences during unethical psychological experiments form one side of the drama, while an FBI agent’s hunt to identify the mysterious attacker drives the other. Jacob Tremblay portrays the younger Kaczynski, with Shailene Woodley playing the investigator pursuing the case.
10. Blood Legacy Season 2 (Netflix | September 24)
The Ndlovu family’s problems grow more dangerous as Khanyi tries to prove her innocence and recover her inheritance after being framed for her father’s murder. Elsewhere, Mandla becomes increasingly involved in political corruption while Siya enters a forbidden relationship. A leaked manuscript adds another threat by putting private family secrets at risk of becoming public.
