What Is Dupahiya Season 2 About?

The first season followed the residents of Dhadakpur as a missing motorbike created confusion, conflict and plenty of comic situations across the village. Season two will bring a fresh set of problems for the characters, with the makers promising bigger stakes, more chaos and emotional moments. However, detailed plot information has not yet been revealed.

Dupahiya Season 2 Cast

The new season brings back several familiar faces, including Gajraj Rao, Renuka Shahane, Sparsh Shrivastava, Bhuvan Arora, Shivani Raghuvanshi and Yashpal Sharma. Bhojpuri actor and singer Dinesh Lal Yadav, popularly known as Nirahua, is joining the cast for Season 2.

Directed by Sonam Nair, Dupahiya Season 2 is created and produced by Salona Bains Joshi and Shubh Shivdasani under Bombay Film Cartel LLP. The series is written by Avinash Dwivedi and Chirag Garg, who are also among the creators of the show.

The makers have described Dupahiya as a story where big dreams repeatedly collide with everyday village chaos. Season two is expected to retain the warmth and humour of the first season while raising the stakes for its much-loved characters.

Dupahiya Season 2 OTT Release Date

Dupahiya Season 2 will premiere on October 1, 2026 on Prime Video. The new season arrives more than a year after the show’s first chapter and will once again take viewers back to the fictional village of Dhadakpur.

Where To Watch Dupahiya Season 2?

Dupahiya Season 2 will stream exclusively on Prime Video. Viewers with a Prime Video subscription will be able to watch the new season from October 1.
