1. Irumudi (Netflix)
Trinadh Rama Kasu is a plantain farmer whose simple life revolves around his young daughter Manikanta. After mysterious deaths begin affecting girls in their village, Manikanta discovers an alarming secret but dies before she can reveal everything she knows. Broken by the loss, Trinadh begins searching for the truth while his Ayyappa Deeksha becomes closely tied to his journey through grief, faith and justice.
2. Lust Stories 3 (Netflix)
Four filmmakers tell four separate stories about attraction, love and the complicated emotions people often keep private. Vikramaditya Motwane, Kiran Rao, Shakun Batra and Vishal Bhardwaj each bring their own take on modern relationships, supported by an ensemble featuring Radhika Apte, Konkona Sen Sharma, Vijay Varma, Ali Fazal and Aditi Rao Hydari among others. The anthology once again looks beyond straightforward romance to explore desire and intimacy in contemporary India.
3. You + Me – Against the World (Prime Video)
Alma comes from a wealthy family that believes she is studying law, while she is secretly chasing her dream of becoming a filmmaker. Her carefully hidden life gets more complicated when she is paired with rebellious classmate Vadim for a student film and their constant clashes slowly turn into romance. But someone watching from the shadows knows secrets that could destroy everything they have built together.
4. American Hostage (MGM+ via Prime Video)
In 1977, Tony Kiritsis takes mortgage executive Richard Hall hostage using a shotgun wired around Hall’s neck, beginning a frightening 63-hour standoff in Indianapolis. Kiritsis insists on speaking live on radio and places unusual trust in reporter Fred Heckman, who suddenly finds himself involved in a crisis where journalism and human responsibility collide. Jon Hamm and Giovanni Ribisi lead this drama based on the extraordinary real-life incident.
5. Neagley (Prime Video)
Former Army investigator Frances Neagley is working as a private investigator in Chicago when the suspicious death of someone close to her brings the past rushing back. Following the clues reveals that the supposed accident may be connected to a much larger and more dangerous organisation. Maria Sten leads this first Reacher spinoff, with Alan Ritchson appearing as Jack Reacher.
6. Stranger Things: Tales from ’85 Season 2 (Netflix)
The Hawkins Investigators Club has only just survived its battle with the Horde Queen when strange trouble begins spreading through town again. As Valentine’s Day approaches, ghostly sightings and dangerous hate sprites suggest that another connection to the Upside Down may be forming. The second and final season gives the animated Stranger Things spinoff one more supernatural adventure.
7. Zakir Khan: Papa Yaar (Netflix)
Zakir Khan looks back at how his relationship with his father changed as he grew from a rebellious child into an adult. A man he once mainly saw as a strict authority figure gradually became someone whose values, stories and lessons he understood very differently with age. The stand-up special mixes personal memories with Zakir’s warm and relaxed style of storytelling.

8. Best of the Best (Netflix)
Childhood friends Maya and Anjali arrive at UCLA and earn places on its competitive Bollywood-fusion dance team. Their dream of reaching the US national championship quickly becomes far more demanding as intense competition puts their friendship and abilities under pressure. Hasan Minhaj plays the strict coach pushing the team towards its biggest challenge.
9. The Scandal (Netflix)
Lady Cho starts a dangerous game when she challenges famous playboy Jo Won to seduce a young woman who is expected to become a concubine. Jo Won makes the wager even harder by choosing Hui-yeon, a respected widow determined to protect her honour, as his target instead. What begins as manipulation in Joseon society becomes increasingly complicated when real feelings enter the picture.
10. Lee Cronin’s The Mummy (JioHotstar)
Charlie Cannon and his wife finally find their daughter Katie eight years after she disappeared in Egypt, turning years of pain into what seems like an impossible reunion. Their relief quickly gives way to fear when Katie returns behaving unlike the child they remember and appears to be hiding something deeply disturbing. The horror story turns a family’s long-awaited reunion into a terrifying mystery.
Bonus: Thudakkam (JioHotstar)
Meenu travels to Kochi for an exam but never returns home, setting off a police investigation led by CI Satheesh Kumar. The first half follows the mystery around her disappearance and the threat posed by a dangerous stalker, before the story changes direction and reveals that Meenu is trained in Muay Thai. Instead of remaining helpless, she decides to confront the man targeting her.
