1. Baby Do Die Do (Netflix, 23-Sep)
Baby Karmakar lives with a painful past while secretly working as a highly trained contract killer in Mumbai’s criminal world. Her dangerous life becomes harder to manage when she falls for her neighbour Siddhu and DCP Anjum Khan begins closing in on her. Huma Qureshi leads this action thriller about a woman trapped between love, trauma and a violent profession she wants to escape.
2. Toxic (ZEE5, 25-Sep)
Set across Goa during the final decades of Portuguese rule, Toxic follows Raya as he rises from criminal mastermind to the head of a powerful drug empire. His partnership with sister Ganga, turbulent relationship with circus acrobat Nadia and a series of betrayals gradually turn his success into a cycle of violence and revenge. Yash leads this period gangster drama about power, family conflict and the destructive cost of ambition.
3. Mango Pachcha (JioHotstar, 25-Sep)
Prashanth, better known as Pachcha, starts out running a video-rental shop in Mysuru before stepping into the marijuana-smuggling business once operated by his late father. Support from a corrupt mayor helps his illegal operation grow much faster than expected. But greater money and influence soon pull Pachcha deeper into organised crime and the dangers that come with it.
4. The Love Hypothesis (Prime Video, 23-Sep)
Olive, a PhD student, unexpectedly kisses intimidating professor Adam Carlsen while trying to convince her best friend that she is no longer interested in an old crush. To make the situation believable, Olive and Adam agree to pretend they are dating. What begins as a practical arrangement becomes far more complicated when their fake relationship starts creating very real feelings.
5. Don’t Be Shy (Prime Video, 25-Sep)
Shyamili “Shy” Das prefers a carefully planned life, but romance quickly destroys that sense of control. Her attraction to Mayank becomes more confusing when childhood friend Dhruv returns and Tara enters their lives. Produced by Alia and Shaheen Bhatt, the coming-of-age comedy follows Shy as she learns that relationships rarely follow a perfect plan.
6. Unabomber (Netflix, 25-Sep)
The series moves between Ted Kaczynski’s younger years at Harvard and the later investigation into the mysterious bomber who spent years sending explosive packages. His experiences with unethical psychological experiments form one part of the story, while the FBI’s effort to identify and stop him drives the other. Jacob Tremblay plays the younger Kaczynski, with Shailene Woodley portraying the agent leading the hunt.
