1. Gandhari (Netflix | September 3)
Bani, played by Taapsee Pannu, loses her eyesight while trying to save her daughter from a human trafficking network operating aboard a train. 2. The Gentlemen Season 2 (Netflix | September 3)
Eddie Horniman and Susie Glass are no longer satisfied with simply controlling their secret cannabis business in Britain. Their plans grow across Europe, including operations in Italy and Rome, but the expansion brings them into conflict with influential aristocratic families and dangerous international criminals. Theo James and Kaya Scodelario return as their growing empire turns into a much riskier battle for power.
3. Dhamaal 4 (Netflix | September 4)
Guddu, Lallan, Adi and Manav are chasing treasure again after a dying man reveals where Shaitaan Singh’s legendary fortune is hidden. Their simple hunt becomes complete madness when pirate Adhoora accidentally scatters pieces of the map, families join the race and competing groups head towards a mysterious island. Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Riteish Deshmukh and Jaaved Jaaferi reunite for another round of slapstick chaos.
4. Turning Point: Generation 9/11 (Netflix | September 2)
Twenty-five years after the September 11 attacks, this documentary looks at how the event shaped people who grew up in its shadow. It brings together children who lost parents, young Afghans whose lives were changed by the war and U.S. Marines who experienced the consequences of America’s withdrawal from Afghanistan. Their stories examine the long human impact of a tragedy that changed global history.
5. Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu (JioHotstar | September 2)
With the Empire gone and the New Republic still struggling to control the galaxy, Din Djarin and Grogu are recruited for another dangerous mission. Their task is to rescue Jabba’s son, Rotta the Hutt, from a pirate-controlled underworld, taking them through deadly traps and a dangerous Dragon Snake before they can reach the enemy palace. Grogu’s connection to the Force becomes crucial when the rescue reaches its most dangerous point.
6. Earle Meets World (Netflix | September 4)
This eight-part unscripted series follows influencer Alix Earle as she tries to expand her career beyond social media and build businesses including skincare brand Reale Actives. Cameras also capture the more complicated side of her public life, including her breakup with NFL player Braxton Berrios, tensions with Alex Cooper and rumours involving Tom Brady. The show mixes entrepreneurship with the personal drama surrounding life as a major online personality.
7. Mayday (Apple TV | September 4)
In 1987, U.S. Navy pilot Troy “Assassin” Kelly is stranded behind enemy lines after a Cold War surveillance mission ends with him ejecting from his aircraft. His unlikely rescuer is Nikolai Ustinov, a former KGB agent fascinated by American pop culture, who chooses to hide him instead of handing him over. Ryan Reynolds and Kenneth Branagh lead this action-comedy about two unlikely allies trying to escape Soviet forces.
8. Jagamae Sangeetham (Prime Video | September 4)
Balu has been raised to protect a respected Carnatic music tradition, while pop singer Pallavi is still trying to discover what kind of artist she wants to become. Their romance brings together two very different musical worlds, but it also exposes old rivalries and secrets capable of damaging Balu’s family legacy. As love and ambition collide, he must decide whether his future belongs to tradition or to a path he chooses for himself.
9. The Court (JioHotstar | September 4)
Yazhini is a talented young lawyer determined to prove herself despite living with a speech impairment. Her biggest professional challenge arrives when she must face her own father, an experienced veteran lawyer, from the opposite side of an important courtroom battle. The Tamil legal drama places family ties and professional ambition directly against each other.
10. Unmadham (SonyLIV | September 4)
Civil police officer Shelly temporarily leaves the force to chase his dream of becoming a screenwriter, only to return and reopen a strange cold case he believes could inspire the perfect script. The deeper he investigates, the harder it becomes to separate actual police evidence from his fictional ideas and disturbing supernatural experiences. Kunchacko Boban leads this psychological mystery where hallucinations begin changing Shelly’s understanding of what is real.
11. Lovesick (Netflix | September 2)
In revolutionary Mexico during the 1910s, Violeta comes from a powerful family whose loyalties place her on one side of a violent political divide. Her life becomes far more complicated when she falls for Emiliano, a man connected to the opposing side of the conflict. Across seven episodes, their forbidden relationship is tested by a country where political beliefs, family duty and love can carry deadly consequences.
12. The Runner (Prime Video | September 2)
London lawyer Maia Marten begins an ordinary morning run only to receive the terrifying news that someone has kidnapped her son. A mysterious caller forces her to keep moving through the city while completing increasingly dangerous instructions, including an order to kill one of her own clients. With no time to understand who is controlling her, Maia must decide what lines she is willing to cross to bring her child home.
