Baba Neem Karoli, who is also known as Neeb Karori Baba, is a famous Hindu guru, who was a devotee of the Hindu deity Hanuman. He promoted service to others as the highest form of devotion to God.

During the 1960s and 70s, many Americans visited India in search of spiritual masters and, Baba Neem Karoli was one of the most sought-after. Unfortunately, Baba Neem Karoli passed away on Sep 11, 1973, as he went into a diabetic coma.
