Set in a small North Indian town, the story follows Arjun Acharya, who inherits his ancestral mansion, Acharya Niwas. As he prepares to host his sister’s wedding at the haveli, he brushes off rumours of a curse as mere superstition.

However, things take a chilling turn when strange and unexplained incidents begin to unfold inside the mansion. What follows is a mix of eerie moments, humour, and family drama-creating a perfect blend of spooky thrills and comic chaos.

Akshay Kumar leads the film, reuniting with director Priyadarshan after several years-a collaboration that has previously delivered iconic comedy hits. The ensemble cast includes Tabu, Wamiqa Gabbi, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Jisshu Sengupta, Mithila Palkar, and Manoj Joshi in key roles.
