Comedian Vidyullekha Raman Shares Her Inspiring Weight Loss Journey, Says Anything Is Possible

Losing weight is never easy. But, if we show persistence and determination, then no one can stop us from losing weight. A similar level of persistence and determination was shown by comedian Vidyullekha Raman, who has shed oodles of weight.

The 29-year-old artist, Vidyullekha Raman, who is known for working in South-Indian films like ‘Run Raja Run’ and ‘Raju Gari Gadhi’, took to Instagram to share what it took for her to come down to 68 kgs.

While narrating her passionate journey of weight loss, she mentioned:

“Fake confidence versus ACTUAL confidence

“When I was overweight, a frequently asked question by everyone to me was, ‘How are you so confident?’ In retrospect, was I? Or did I just come to terms with the fact that I will be obese all my life?”

In order to embark on a journey of a healthy life, this 29-YO adopted some healthy lifestyle changes that helped her in weight reduction.

Speaking about her journey, she shared a very valuable weight loss lesson: 

“Today I am actually confident of myself because I did the unthinkable and changed my lifestyle and habits. I have come to realize that if you put your mind to it, anything is possible. Sounds cliché, right? But it’s the truth!! You need to be disciplined, workout 6 times a week and follow a balanced diet,”

Or did I just come to terms with the fact that I will be obese all my life? Today I am actually confident of myself because I did the unthinkable and changed my lifestyle and habits. I have come to realise that if you put your mind to it, anything is possible. Sounds cliché, right? But it’s the truth!! You need to be disciplined, workout 6 times a week and follow a balanced diet. There is no secret potion or pill to make the result happen! Just pure hard work. Nothing in life comes easy but when you see result, it’s worth all the sweat and tears.
