???? VEGAN WHIPPED MATCHA LATTE ???? Finally hopped on the whipped drink train ???? ! I don’t have instant coffee but there’s always matcha in my house! I saw someone use aquafaba (chickpea water) as the base to make the whip!! SUPER EASY~SUPER YUMMY ••• dEATs????(makes 3-4 servings) Using a high powdered mixer (or a hand whisk) add in the liquid from 1 can of chickpeas. Mix in high for a few minutes until stiff peaks form! Next, add in 3-4 tbsp of matcha powder (depending on taste preference) and mix again until well combined. Lastly, add in 1/2 C coconut sugar and mix well. This was honestly a little too much sugar for me so I suggest using about 1/3 C.
