Dupahiya Season 2 brings another wave of confusion to Dhadakpur as several storylines collide ahead of Roshni’s SSC examination. A controversial mobile-tower project, an expanding examination cheating racket and Roshni’s determination to clear the test keep the village in constant turmoil. With only seven days remaining before the examination, Roshni, Bhugol, Amavas, Banwari and Inspector Mithlesh all find themselves pulled into situations that become increasingly complicated. Why Is Kuber Back in the Picture?
Kuber returns to Roshni’s story when he is brought in as part of a plan to help her cheat during the SSC examination. Roshni is under enormous pressure to pass, and the arrangement is meant to improve her chances through unfair means.
However, involving Kuber creates an entirely new set of problems. His role soon overlaps with the larger examination racket that Inspector Mithlesh has been trying to uncover. What initially appears to be a shortcut for helping Roshni pass her exam becomes connected to a much bigger network operating behind the scenes.
Kuber’s return therefore serves two purposes in the season. It puts him back in Roshni’s life at an important moment while also creating a link between her personal situation and Mithlesh’s investigation.
What Happens in the Finale?
The finale sees Roshni and Bhugol desperately trying to reach the examination centre as the SSC test approaches. Their journey becomes even more chaotic when Kuber refuses to proceed without the dupahiya, once again making the bike a major part of the confusion.
Roshni’s priority is simply to get to the exam, but one complication after another threatens to derail everything. The dupahiya, which has caused endless trouble throughout the story, once again becomes crucial at exactly the wrong moment.
At the same time, Inspector Mithlesh makes significant progress in his investigation into the examination scam. After following multiple clues throughout the season, including the trail connected to Pratham Kumar, who hires Kuber, Mithlesh begins closing in on the people controlling the cheating operation.
The finale therefore brings Roshni’s examination storyline and the broader scam investigation closer together, while maintaining the comic chaos that has surrounded Dhadakpur throughout the season.
What Happens to Banwari?
Banwari finds himself in serious trouble before the finale after being arrested. His situation pushes Bhugol into taking a risky step in an attempt to help him.
The dupahiya is eventually found, but recovering it does not immediately solve everyone’s problems. The bike has been dismantled, creating yet another obstacle at a time when Roshni urgently needs things to fall into place before her examination.
Beyond the comedy and confusion, the storyline also gives Banwari and Bhugol an emotional resolution. Their relationship has been strained, but the events surrounding the arrest and everything that follows finally bring them closer again. By the end, the two are able to move past their differences and reconcile.
What Happens to Roshni and Amavas?
Roshni finally understands that her feelings for Amavas are deeper than she had previously admitted. Unfortunately, her realisation comes at the worst possible time.
While Roshni begins acknowledging what Amavas means to her, he is already preparing to get engaged to someone else. This leaves Roshni facing a difficult emotional situation in which she must deal with feelings she recognised only after circumstances had started moving against her.
The unresolved timing gives their story a bittersweet quality. Roshni may now understand what she wants, but Amavas appears to be moving forward with a different future.
What Happens to Bhugol?
Bhugol chooses to leave Dhadakpur and travel to Mumbai to pursue his dream of becoming an actor. After spending so much time imagining a different future for himself, he finally decides to take a real step towards it.
His departure represents one of the biggest changes for his character. Leaving the village means stepping away from the familiar people, relationships and problems that have shaped his life so far.
For Bhugol, however, Mumbai represents possibility. His journey ends with him choosing ambition over comfort and taking a chance on the movie-star dream he has been carrying for so long.
Is the Mobile Tower Ever Erected on Banwari’s Land?
No. The plan to install the mobile tower on Banwari’s land remains unsuccessful by the end of Dupahiya season 2.
The project faces strong resistance from villagers who fear that the tower could create health problems. Their objections continue despite repeated efforts to move the project forward.
Even after the increasingly extreme attempts surrounding the tower plan, it never becomes operational in Dhadakpur. The unresolved project becomes another example of how even seemingly straightforward plans can turn into major battles in the village.
