Shahid Kapoor, who is famous for his hardcore fitness regime, is also a vegetarian. Yes, a vegetarian! Shahid Kapoor shared how he gave up eating meat after reading Brian Hines, Life Is Fair. His father, Pankaj Kapoor gifted him this book.
3. Anushka Sharma

Despite being born into a family that thrives on eating non-vegetarian food, Kangana turned into a vegetarian for a spiritual reason. In an interview, she said, “Spiritually, being a non-vegetarian was blocking me. It was hard to leave and I won’t say that I don’t crave it, but you can do it with your willpower.” She also mentioned that she turned vegan as well since dairy gave her acidity. For the unversed, even R Madhavan is a vegetarian. In fact, he was named ‘Person Of The Year’ by PETA. He is passionate about nature and has spoken about growing tasteful herbs and veggies in his kitchen garden. Madhavan said in an interview, “I’m a vegetarian.
