Kangana Ranaut, who was once considered the torch-bearer of women empowerment, has turned into someone who fills us with disappointment.
We talk about how our entire society doesn’t leave a chance to shame women. But, the worse part is that even women don’t treat fellow women with respect. Whether it is about mothers-in-law harassing new brides, or a women colleague shaming others; it definitely needs to stop. Kangana Ranaut is one such person who has been in the news lately for all the wrong reasons. She has been making some ridiculous and shameful comments about other women colleagues or in general.
These tweets are a prime example of what we SHOULD NOT do to our fellow women, and why there is a strong need to be supportive to each other.
1. Kangana calling Taapsee Pannu “Sasti” on multiple occasions
Yeh her only achievement is it be a sasti copy…. since she styled herself like me people started noticing her, librus r happy to find not just sasti also atrocious, ugly and more than willing to be anti national as well, Never saw such a wannabe, desperate and clueless moron…
You will always remain sasti because you are sab rapists ka feminist… your ring master Kashyap was raided in 2013 as well for tax chori… government official’s report is out if you aren’t guilty go to court against them come clean on this … come on sasti ????
2. Shutting down Rihanna when she spoke about Farmer’s protests
No one is talking about it because they are not farmers they are terrorists who are trying to divide India, so that China can take over our vulnerable broken nation and make it a Chinese colony much like USA… Sit down you fool, we are not selling our nation like you dummies. https://t.co/OIAD5Pa61a
3. Hypocritical comments about modern women’s dressing choices
Appreciation tweet for ancient women who not only represented their individuality but their entire civilisation, cultures and nations. Today if such achievers are to be clicked they will all wear torn American jeans n rags like blouses, representing nothing but American marketing. pic.twitter.com/0k2yjUuF07
4. Calling herself as the best actor in the world, while belittling others
Massive transformation alert, The kind of range I display as a performer no other actress on this globe has that right now, I have raw talent like Meryl Streep for layered character depictions but I can also do skilled action and glamour like Gal Gadot #Thalaivi#Dhaakadpic.twitter.com/fnW3D20o6K
All of sudden mafia bimbos have started to seek justice for Rhea ji through my house tragedy, my fight is for people don’t compare my struggles to a small time druggie who was living off a vulnerable and broken, self made super star, stop this right away. https://t.co/OV9ukO04jC
It is fine to express disagreement with other women, it is fine to criticize fellow women; what isn’t fine is the usage of words that belittle other women! In a society, where many women are fighting against patriarchy, we need to stand together. Rather than becoming a torchbearer of patriarchy and belittling other women, we need women who encourage, inspire, and support their fellow women!
Because together we stand stronger! We hope Kangana would soon find her way back and inspire us the way she did a long time back!
