Zoya Akhtar’s much-anticipated film, The Archies, is creating a stir in Bollywood as it is set to introduce three-star kids – Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor, and Agastya Nanda – to the silver screen. Suhana, the daughter of the iconic Shah Rukh Khan, has been garnering attention for her impressive Bollywood debut. Khushi Kapoor, the daughter of the late legendary actress Sridevi and producer Boney Kapoor, is poised to step into the limelight with this exciting project. Meanwhile, Agastya Nanda, the grandson of megastar Amitabh Bachchan, is all set to carry on the family legacy with his acting prowess. Interestingly, reports have emerged that another star kid was in consideration for The Archies. Rohit Roy’s daughter, Kiara, was reportedly offered a role in Zoya Akhtar’s directorial venture. The renowned actor Rohit Roy, who is currently participating in Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 13, recently shared how the makers of the movie wanted his daughter to debut in The Archies.
While sharing the details, Rohit spoke about attending a glamorous fashion event hosted by the esteemed actress Shabana Azmi about a year and a half ago. The event attracted a flurry of media personalities, paparazzi, and celebrities from the film industry. It was during this time that Rohit received an unexpected call from Excel, the prestigious production house backed by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar. The production house expressed interest in casting Kiara in The Archies, a prospect that must have been both exciting and overwhelming for the talented youngster.
However, at that moment, Rohit had to convey that his daughter Kiara was pursuing her studies at the prestigious Brown University. Although Kiara was away at university, Rohit remained open to the idea and assured the production house that he would discuss the opportunity with her and respond accordingly.

Rohit said that he did tell his daughter about the offer, but “she couldn’t give it a thought given the space she is in, where competition is intense.” He told his daughter that once she was finished with her education and wanted to give it some thought, he would fully support her.
