Satish Kaushik On Tere Naam Sequel
As per some reports, Satish Kaushik was planning to make a Tere Naam sequel with Salman Khan! Some sources even mentioned that Satishji had even written the script – a love story of a gangster from North India. In one of his interviews, he shared, “I know the audience is waiting for it, I have something on my mind, but I haven’t sounded out Salman yet,”
While talking to Indian Express, Satish Kaushik shared how Salman had issues with the protagonist in the sequel:
“Making the same film and getting the same performance out of Salman will be difficult… Salman always said the film is good and will definitely work. But the character gives a wrong message in it. There was a debate on Kabir Singh too. Kabir Singh was an adapted copy of Tere Naam,”
Satish Kaushik was not only a talented filmmaker but also a talented actor, producer, comedian, and screenwriter. We will always miss him!
