2. Sushant Singh Rajput
We all know how Sushant Singh Rajput even after being a talented actor, he struggled in Bollywood. There were multiple reports on how he became the victim of nepotism and struggle.
3. Bobby Deol
Another person who achieved stardom overnight was Bobby Deol. He was declared the superstar of next generation as he won many hearts during his debut film Barsaat. But, with time Bobby Deol started to lose his stardom. In a chat with Indiatimes, Shivdasani shared the ugly reality of stardom, “From being the king of the world to my films not working. Suddenly you don’t start feeling important anymore. You aren’t called to many parties or you aren’t the most important person in the room.”
5. Imran Khan
With Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na…, Imran Khan won millions of hearts and many started calling him the next big thing. In one of his interviews, he shared how when the stardom starts vanishing you are completely left alone. In an interview, Imran said, “When my first film did well, I had 100 friends. Then my next two films tanked and everybody disappeared. Two more films did well, and suddenly everyone wanted to party with me. Then “Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Dobaara” and “Gori Tere Pyaar Mein” tanked, and now I don’t have any friends anymore.” And, after a while, for sake of his own sanity, Imran Khan left the Bollywood.
6. Parveen Babi
Another famous star who lost her stardom and left alone to struggle was Praveen Babi. No one can deny that Parveen was the queen of the 70s. She was one of the most successful actresses of her time. But as her stardom started vanishing due to her deteriorating mental health, there was no one who wanted to be associated with her.
