Recently Netflix shared a video on YouTube in which many Bollywood actors participated in a Round Table discussion moderated by Rajeev Masand. Many actors – Kartik Aaryan, Diljit Dosanjh, Vijay Varma, Tillotama Shome, Shefali Shah, Rajkummar Rao, Tripti Dimri, and Tahir Raj Bhasin – joined the discussion to share their views about film-making.
Diljit Dosanjh & Kartik Aryan Discussion On Intimacy Coordinator Wins Internet
“How are you guys with shooting intimacy and nudity?”, Tillotama Shome asked everyone during the discussion. While Vijay said, “Very comfortable,” Kartik said, “Very good.” Tillotama further asked, “All of you??,” and the whole panel couldn’t stop laughing. Tahir Raj Bhasin further asked, “You shot with an intimacy coordinator?” to which Kartik said, “Ya ya, I have.” Kartik’s reply about the intimacy coordinator left Diljit Dosanj a bit confused.
Kartik Aaryan Explaining Diljit Dosanjh – What Is Intimacy Coordinator?
When Diljit asked, “Kya hai (What’s intimacy coordinator)?” Kartik explained, “For example, if a kissing sequence is happening, they say how much you should kiss and where to refrain.” To which, Diljit smirked and said, “Acha, acha (okay).” But, when the other actor laughed at him, he asked, “Sach mein hota hai bata (Does it really happen)?”
After hearing Diljit’s innocent reaction, even Kartik couldn’t stop laughing. Not just Kartik’s honest explanation to Diljit won the internet but also Diljit’s reaction during the whole banter.

Here’s how the internet reacted:
Deepika Padukone starrer Gehraiyaan became the first Bollywood movie to have a director for intimacy. Dar Gai, a Ukrainian filmmaker, living in India, was appointed as an intimacy director.
While talking about the role of intimacy director, Dar shared with Hindustan Times: “The idea is to look at intimate scenes, like fight or dance sequences. And, by intimate scenes, I do not necessarily mean physical scenes. It can be a strong emotional, and passionate scene. Intimacy directors create safety zones for the actors to work and feel comfortable with each other.”
Once again Diljit won our hearts! Didn’t he? What do you think? Tell us in the comments below.
