In the film, Madhavan plays the role of Nambi Narayanan, a former Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) scientist and aerospace engineer known for developing efficient liquid fuel engines and who later got embroiled in a spy scandal. Apart from directing it, Madhavan also wrote and produced the film.
Madhavan recently took to social media to share a screenshot of a media report that said the biographical drama had gained an IMDb rating of 9.2, topping the charts. He reacted to the news by writing, “Wowwwweeee”.

The current rating stands at 9.3 which no Indian film has, as of now.
Madhavan took to social media to celebrate his achievement with his followers. And, his fans were quick to reply that he totally deserved it and people who watched mentioned it’s indeed a masterpiece. The total box office collection of Rocketry after three days is Rs 8.4 crore, according to a report by India Today.

Fans couldn’t resist but compared Rocketry with Vivek Agnihotri’s The Kashmir Files which also got an initial rating of 9.9 and gained momentum because of word of mouth from the public despite starting slow at the BO. Here’s what they said.
true stories made from heart are always success.. like #TheKashmirFiles

Good that inspite of baised opinions of certain media houses or so called entitled film experts who rated ‘kashmir files’ and ‘Rocketry’ down public/IMDB has given reply.
May more films which tells us the truth rather than “fakery” movie are made
Told you , people are your biggest supporter.
