Recently, at Golden Globe Awards, SS Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ won the best original song motion picture for ‘Naatu Naatu’ track, composed by MM Keeravani and penned by Kala Bhairava and Rahul Sipligunj. Do you know RRR is the first Indian film in over two decades to be nominated for awards?
In midst of the celebration of RRR’s win, suddenly a section of the Internet started trolling Alia Bhatt. The whole episode of trolling started when a national media house reported ‘RRR’ as an Alia Bhatt film.
This angered netizens so much that they started trolling the Gangubai actress as she was only seen in a couple of scenes in the multilingual movie. For the unversed, Alia Bhatt played the role of Seetha, the girlfriend and fiance of Alluri Sitarama Raju played by Ram Charan.
As the media house called RRR Alia Bhatt movie, many mocked the Darlings actress that she had lesser screen space than the tiger, killed by Komaram Bheem played by Junior NTR, in the film.
