In ‘72 -I was 17-a friend & I used to often hitchhike from ‘Bombay’ to ‘Poona’ taking rides on trucks,” he wrote. Kumar Mangalam took over the Aditya Birla Group in 1995. At that time, the company’s turnover was $2 billion and now, the company’s turnover has reached over $40 billion. Kumar Mangalam studied Chartered Accountancy at Mumbai University. And, later he acquired an MBA from the University of London, where he is now an Honorary Fellow.
Kiran Mazumdar Shaw
Kiran Mazumdar Shaw Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw is an Indian billionaire entrepreneur. She is the executive chairperson and founder of Biocon Limited and Biocon Biologics Limited, a biotechnology company based in Bangalore, India, and the former chairperson of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. She is also famously known as a global thought leader for Biotechnology.
Ratan Tata
One of the most respected and loved Indian tycoons, Ratan Tata has won millions of hearts through his random acts of kindness and humility. After JRD Tata stepped down in 1991, Ratan Tata took over Tata Sons. The two didn’t share a blood relation but definitely shared the bond of love and respect.
