#TheArchies on Netflix is a disaster! Zoya Akhtar direction butchers the original comic story.Nepo kids like #SuhanaKhan,#KhushiKapoor, #AgastyaNanda etc can’t speak Hindi properly or act. Total time waste, avoid it! Few positives : side characters act better, set design is good pic.twitter.com/CK4ZYlhG8q

An avg movie with good music, okayish acting by the leads, beautiful sets with simple storyline dir by Zoya Akhtar can be watched if you have free time, otherwise it can be skipped.
But don’t miss the music. Songs are really good.#TheArchiesOnNetflix pic.twitter.com/2XBKHXyF6X

#TheArchies is a decent movie, but for optimal enjoyment, I recommend watching it in English. The nepo kids performance in Hindi lacks the finesse found in the English dub. Like seriously HINDI VERSION feels so wannabe and lacks authenticity 😁 2.5/5

All the one line reviews of #TheArchies says “Zoya has done it again, it’s very good” etc etc

But most of the stars don’t cross 3.5
Lmao.
#TheArchiesOnNetflix is so fucking forced. Agastya Nanda and Suhana Khan cannot act. They’re sad to watch.

The 1st half of Archies is slow and soulless. Feels staged and fake with wierdly desaturated frames. The 2nd half breathes life though, the actors come to life, the chemistry shows and it ends well. The 6 leads are great but Reggie and Veronica steal the show! #TheArchies

#TheArchies me ye bacche aise Baat kar rhe hai jaise Inko saalon se khana hi nai mila hai

Everything looks slightly forced. The person playing Mrs Lodge and Veronica Lodge is most cringe. Least impressionable character sadly happens to be #SuhanaKhan. #TheArchies

Just skipped through the movie! Of the same opinion… terrible Decision to launch these kids together and in such a worthless movie.. Khushi Kapoor is cringe .. Suhana can’t speak properly

Started off good, but becomes a snoozefest eventually, and by that I literally mean either you snooze it off , or simple fast forward it to see the end. #TheArchies

Wonder what’s the purpose of making this halfhearted and sluggish excuse of a musical. Perhaps to cater to the comforts of some entitled youngsters, who wouldn’t care to put in the slightest effort to speak, emote, even try to create a facial expression or mouth a line. pic.twitter.com/zResTbq5rb

Nostalgia will hit hard for those who grew up reading the #Archies comics. #ZoyaAkhtar has impeccably created a real life Riverdale on screen. And that 60’s vibe comes through easily.
