Taj Mahal is known as the perfect symbol of love across the whole world. And, recently, a loving school teacher from Madhya Pradesh man from Madhya Pradesh gifted a replica of the same love symbol to his wife.
The school teacher, Anand Prakash Chouksey from Madhya Pradesh has emulated the world’s most famous display of love by building a replica of the Taj Mahal for his wife. Here are some of the wonderful pictures:
Being the replica of the Taj Mahal, this beautiful symbol of love is a four-bedroom house, that was gifted by Anand Prakash Chouksey’s gift to his teacher wife, Manjusha.
Anand Prakash Chouksey, the man behind this labour of love, said it took around 30 months to build the four-bedroom replica, which they inaugurated in 2019. This beautiful representation of love is built in the Burhanpur city, which is around 350km from Bhopal and 800km from Agra, close to the Maharashtra border.
This building spreads across over the area of 8,100 sq ft, which includes four bedrooms, a library and a meditation room. Being one third the size of the Taj Mahal, this beautiful building includes a 29-foot high dome. Do you know this beautiful building is built from marble from Makrana, which is the same that was used to build the Taj Mahal.
What makes this building so extremely beautiful is the amazing lighting. The lighting – inside and outside the house, is done in a way that the building shines gloriously in the dark.
But, it wasn’t an easy building to build. The engineer who built the house faced many challenges during the construction to maintain the accuracy and beauty of the original monument. Do you know, Madhya Pradesh’s Burhanpur was the same city where Mumtaz Mahal breathed her last in 1631.
