It’s Not Only Mom’s Job: This Super Dad Is Winning Hearts For Taking Care Of Baby At Work & We Are Proud Of Him

Raising kids is not only mom's job. This father proves it

In India, many new moms struggle with motherhood as they find themselves alone in the journey of raising the kid.

Our society expects mothers to fulfill major parenting responsibilities on their own with little or no support.

While many of us are still struggling to understand why raising a kid is mainly seen as the responsibility of a woman, we are fortunate that there are very few real men who are shattering this archaic thought process.

And, one such man is Ashutosh Harbola.

Recently, Ashutosh was hailed the “Real Superstar Dad” by the internet when he shared something that he felt was an obvious and ordinary thing to do.

Ashutosh, who is the CEO of a marketing firm in Noida and has garnered a whole lot of appreciation across the social media after a photograph of him taking care of his baby daughter at office surfaced online.

Realizing how important was the message, Ashutosh’s colleague Dushyant Singh photographed him as he attended to his daughter Shloka in between work, and shared it online with a touching caption.

“Meet @HarbolaAshutosh, he is my CEO. He is a working dad in true sense. I’ve seen this guy showing his perfection at work while taking care of his daughter at the very same moment. Here sharing a picture to make you smile,” Dushyant’s caption of the post read.

And many netizens, men and women, mothers and fathers, came forward to appreciate and shower respect on how Ashutosh was breaking the social norms.

This js beautiful, all that work-life balance one side and real responsibility as family one side. This picture is a bundle of emotions and the essence of being human and caring for your family. Respect to him ????

Superb. Kudos!!! Other people who think that raising kids is the sole responsibility of mother must learn from him

Aww…what a beautiful picture to end your day with…Sir you have set an example for men who think babies are mother’s responsibility and also for women who think men cant look after babies.
She is so Adorable ???? God Bless Her.

Now this is some kind of achievement 🙂

The picture has definitely made Internet smile. What about you?

As many of us are struggling hard to meet the unrealistic expectations set by society for being a mother, we feel its a high time that society reconsiders those norms.

What we rather need is to build a support system for mothers, both at home and workplace, to make their lives a bit less stressful.
