Ik Imarat | इक इमारत
Ik imarat
Hai saray shayad,
Jo mere sar mein basi hai.
Seedhiyan chahte-utherte hue jooton ki dhamak,
Bajti hai sar mein.
Kono-khudron mein khade logon ki sargoshiyan,
Sunta hun kabhi.
Saazishein, pehne hue kaale labaade sar tak,
Udhti hain, bhution mahlon mein udha karti hain
Chamgaadron jaise.
Ik mahal hai shayad !
Saaj ke taar chathate hain nason mein
Koi khol ke aakhen,
Pattion palkhon ki chapkhake bulata hai kissi ko !
Chulhe jalte hain toh mehki hue gandhum ke dhuen mein,
Khidkiyaan khol ke kuch chehte mujhe dekhte hain !
Aur sunte hain jo main sochta hun !
Ek mitti ka ghar hai
Ik gali hai, jo phakat ghumti hi rehti hai
Shahar hai koi, mere sar mein basa hai shayad !
