Tip #1: Take 100 Deep Breaths
Count one and two and so on. Say “and” while inhaling & number while exhaling. Deep breathing increases the supply of oxygen to your brain and stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which promotes a state of calmness.

Create a list of everything that’s weighing you down mentally. And, then burn it as a form of letting go. While observing it burn, focus on how you hold the power of burning these things down and not the other way round.

Try alternate breathing cycles 5 times and you would definitely find your brain calmer and peaceful.
In alternate breathing, close the right nostril with the right thumb, inhale through the left nostril, and then close it with fingers. Next, open the right nostril and exhale. As a next step, inhale through the right nostril and then close this nostril. Open the left nostril and exhale.
