Tania Sachdev is one of the famous sportswomen of India who plays chess. Recipient of the Arjun Award, she has also won titles like Indian woman grandmaster and international master. Apart from chess, she runs a YouTube channel and has been a commentator as well.

3. PV Sindhu (Badminton)
PV Sindhu needs no introduction. At the age of 21, she became the first and the only Indian to win a silver medal in Badminton, at the Olympics. PV Sindhu has been awarded many prestigious honors. She also became the first Indian Badminton World Champion.

4. Dipa Karmakar (Gymnastics)
Dipa Karmakar is the first Indian female gymnast to win a bronze medal at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. She was born with a flat foot but she didn’t give up and made us all super proud.
